About

Ilford offered this simple camera for 126 film in the mid 1960s. While the Universal 50 could accept an accessory flash via its top shoe, successor Universal 50C (introduced in 1968) offered a flashcube socket. The camera is fixed focus and its only exposure control is a selector on the lens barrel for sunny vs. cloudy (or flash) conditions.
