The Leivtec XV3 is a fully automatic digital camera. It's made for car speed control by infrared laser measurement. The camera has grip, the speed detector, and an LCD-screen as speed indicator. The camera lens is a Leica lens. The camera unit must be connected to the support suitcase which contains the system computer. A flat screen can be connected to that suitcase.
