Could be bought separately.; After attaching this addon, the console became a "Devkit" and not a "Testkit" as before. Allows the developer to connect to there a computer and test builds of games without sending the data through Ethernet network, which was much slower. Unlocked Kernel Debugging an VS Debugging.
