This is Xbox 360 Slim Retail Prototype console labeled as "SDV2-14 Not for sale Beta only".; Nothing much is known about this unit apart from being used by Microsoft in Redmond.; The console runs Retail software and has no debug headers on the board.; It means that this prototype/beta hardware it is fully capable of running the final software.; Despite the fact that it runs Retail software, the console has lots of minor differences:; Different warranty sticker. The final is black, this one is white, RF module has an additional soft material.There is an external speaker as on special versions of Slim consoles. Thanks to that the power on and eject sounds are much louder than on final hardware. The sound effects are the same. Rubber footpads are bigger and the place around them is flat. The label with MFR date is different and doesn't say that it is Xbox 360 S.
