About

The Natti is a folding quarter-plate camera made by Adams about the turn of the twentieth century.[1] The lens and shutter are in a shallow box unit, which folds out from the rear body on hinged metal arms. The leather bellows folds sideways, not concertina-style.[2] The front end of each arm has a short extending section, with a miniature rack-and-pinion to lengthen the arm, allowing the camera to focus down to 2 yards; there is a focus scale on the left arm.
