The company 'Orionwerk' Hannover (Gemany) was founded in 1893 as Glunz & Bülter by Dietrich Bülter and Hermine Glunz. In 1903 it changed its name to Bülter & Stammer. Hermine Glunz left and the technician Fr. Stammer took her place as partner. The other camera maker Glunz from Hannover is not related [1]. In 1913 Friedrich Augstein acquired shares of the company. In 1921 he and others founded the ORIONWERK Akt.Ges. stock market company and became its director. Bülter & Stammer was merged onto t
