The Record Primar is a camera for 6.5x9 cm plates or film packs, made by Bentzin between 1927 and 1937.[1] McKeown describes it as a rigid-bodied version of the Fokal-Primar (strut-folding) camera.[1] It is designed for night photography; it has a fixed 9 cm f/1.5 Meyer Plasmat and a focal-plane shutter giving speeds between 1/8 and 1/1000 second, by adjustment of both tension and slit-width. According to McKeown, the lens only covers the full format when stopped well down.[1] It has helical foc
