Alpha Prototype Playstation 3 Controller; Model : MSU ALPS Rev.3; Earliest prototype of the PlayStation 3 controller from 2003-2005.; Produced by ALPS; Transitional period from PS2/PS3, these controllers were used with early development hardware such as CEB-2040/DEH-R1020 for example.; It has a taller middle and slightly different grips. Also has a analog button for games designed to use the D-pad not featured on the final controller.
