About

The Ukaphot II[1] is an unusual twin-lens reflex camera, loaded with a long roll of special reversal paper media: both black-and-white and colour paper was available.[2] It was made in around 1956 by Wilhelm von Rötel and Gustav Zeller (Ukaphot-v. Rötel Zeller & Co. oHG) of Lindau on Bodensee in Bavaria, and designed to be a rapid portrait camera. The paper roll is 10cm wide and 50m long, and the picture format can be set to 7x10cm or 14x10cm.[3][4] The camera has 180mm f/4.5 Schneider Xenar tak
