About

The Unimatic II was made in Italy by Bencini, and sold under their own name, as the Comet Unimatic 800 and by others such as Boots as the Unimatic - somewhere around 1970. It is a simple 126 cartridge camera, with no adjustments, but with an unusual advance mechanism- the film is wound by pushing the shutter-release button sideways.
