About

The Electro 35 GS was a 35mm rangefinder camera from Yashica released in 1970. Its black body counterpart was the Electro 35 GT. It was part of the Yashica Electro 35 series and represents the third generation. Main improvement over the second generation Electro 35 G were a change of the film speed range from 12-500 to 25-1000 ASA. This change was also silently implemented for the „GT“ at the same time. For more specifications and details see the series page.
